Inventory Associate with English and German



Do you speak ENGLISH and GERMAN?
We are looking for a suitable candidate for back office position for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Contacting vendors regarding undelivered overdue purchase orders
- Using various points of contact to solve issues causing late purchase orders deliveries
- daily processing of requests in internal system
- working with system SAP
- ad hoc tasks

Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Start: ASAP
Contract for definite period of time (extension possible)
Working time: full time 40 hours/week


We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
- Secondary degree,
- active knowledge of English and German
- communicative and detail oriented person,
- accurancy and customer service mindset,
- experience from finance and administration area is an advantage,
- familiar with MS Excel
- knowledge of SAP is advantage.
