What could you possibly want more than participate in innovating and communicating the products you like yourself?
This worldwide and well-known brand is looking for new and fresh eyes to help them develop the brand innovation and communication strategies, build consumer demand, market share, product and market understanding.

As a Brand Development Associate you be responsible to:
- Develop brand communication plans and pricing strategy
- Share new ideas, help innovate
- Manage a product portfolio

How:
- Act as an expert of your category across the regions
- Participate in the brand’s vision for short and long-term success
- Develop launch materials, including consistent brand communication (choice in packaging, advertising, PR etc.)
- Support in the annual brand planning
- Track projects' KPIs
- Become familiar with consumer insights techniques and develop a strong working knowledge of the target consumer
- Work closely with R&D Manufacturing and Purchasing
- Analyze shopper insights and market data to recommend pricing objectives, strategies
- Participate in pricing audits

Requirements:

  • Fluent in FRENCH, ENGLISH, CZECH
  • Min. 3 years experience in Marketing
  • Experience with cross-functional project
  • Worked in a business with global/internation exposure
  • Understands differences between countries and cultures
  • Experienced in FMCG business preferred
  • Passionate about brands and innovation
  • Pro-active, likes the challenge
  • Problem-solver, analytical mind, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced IT skills preferred
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Relocate to Paris - France
  • Flexibility - Business trips (To Czechia)
