We are looking for a candidates that can speak English + German or French!

As part of our client’s Customer Service Team, you’ll use your judgement to support and advise customers. You’ll give great service by putting your customers’ interests at the heart of every decision you make.
This is a key role for our client and you will be expected to contact our customer base in order to keep all of our customers up to date.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls: schedule, re-schedule, and confirm appointments
- Make outgoing calls and advise customers
- Research product/service information using available resources
- Provide customers product/service information
- Field calls and escalate issues as appropriate


You will:
- have excellent communication skills
- have the drive, determination and genuine enthusiasm to be 'the best'
- be a team player, and a quick learner
- be able to deliver excellent customer service
- be proactive, target driven, committed and reliable
- have the ability to overcome objections

Key Competencies:
- English + German or French
- Superior problem solving skills and speaking skills
- High energy level
- Ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of basic office computer software
