Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Providing administrative support for Company card procedures for South Europe region
  • Administrative assistance with the Credit notes process for the region
  • Assisting the manager in the reception, control and collection of checks for the region
  • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager

Salary: based on experience
Location: Praha 5 (Andel)
Contract for definite period of time with a possibility of extension
Working time: 20-30 hours/week
Salary: 150 - 250 CZK/h

Requirements:

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:

  • Highly structured and organized
  • Active knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
  • Communicative and detail oriented person
  • Accuracy and customer service mindset
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantage
